| My canvases reflect the emotion and feel of
“life
in process”, to “catch someone in thought”, that moment just
before
being disturbed, the gesture, subtle and serene, is universal. I see many levels of a vision, the
object as image, the drawing as image,
and
the gesture as image or ideal. This moment of privacy is a theme
I
try to continually translate.
